Surveillance conducted after complaints about meth sales led to the arrest of a 40-year-old Ball man Wednesday on drug charges, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office. Tony Christopher Pennock of 109 Daniels Road in Ball was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance II to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
