February 8, 2013 Consumers' relationships with brands are increasingly driving their purchasing behavior, according to a new study conducted by About.com in conjunction with research firm Latitude-and those relationships are getting much more personal. While the "sales funnel" used to be fairly linear, today consumers take a much more meandering path to purchase.
