If producers are going to profitably market low-alcohol wine, they will have to fix perceptions about the way it tastes. That's the conclusion reached by researchers at Charles Sturt University's School of Psychology in Australia. In a study aimed at defining the "opportunity market" for low-alcohol wine, the research team assessed online questionnaires completed by 851 consumers (evenly mixed between male and female).
