Last year the Australian government pledged to investigate why consumers in the country are forced to pay more for downloads, and that has led authorities to summon Apple, Microsoft and Abode to explain their pricing strategies. Kotaku reports that the three tech giants have been instructed to send representatives to discuss the matter at a public hearing in capital city Canberra on March 22.
