Unsubscribed from @dccc email list. Latest message from Kelly Ward (who?) entitled "Let's break it." Every msg looks like spam. So annoying.
@dccc Email from a stranger, Robby Mook, w/ the subject line, "serious?", looks like spam. Almost reported it. Improve your email strategy!
New follower auto-DMs me: So what is keeping you busy today? Answer: Reporting unwanted auto-DMs as spam.
@dccc has the worst email strategy. I get messages from people I don't know & think they're spam. Weak attempt to "personalize" gone awry.
@LaneSutton The Pinterest spam was a mention directed toward me in a new pin.
My first Pinterest spam... because spam in email, IM, Twitter, Facebook and blog comments wasn't enough.
Spam of the Day: "Look Up Phone Numbers Here." Really?! People think "Wonder how to do that?" & click on it?!
Just when I think Twitter is getting better at spam detection, along comes @Doreathaaj34. 975 identical spam tweets & still spamming.
Got spam from cocacoladrawclaim@hotmail.com. Anyone who opens that deserves what they get!
Spam of the day: "You should be happy we're here to help." Guilting me into opening & clicking on spam will not work!
@nanagilbertb It was spam, which is what I reported it as on LinkedIn. Just remarkable professionals still resort to that.
Spam of the day: "Asian, Black, Christian, Senior, Jewish Dating." That is quite the niche demographic they're going for!
Spam of the day: "Taco Bell is giving away free lunch for a week! Voucher inside." A week of Taco Bell is a sentence, not a gift!
@jeremarketer You could have a very rich and rewarding career in spam! :)
Spam of the Day: "Your friend will give $250 if you won't SUCEED on This!" What happens if the sender doesn't succeed w/ spelling?
@jer979 @jowyang Brand did social game giveaway in return for likes. When they posted subsequently, many complained abt spam in their feed.
@jer979 @jowyang I would suggest that is in bounds, but spam (as always) is in the eye of the beholder.
@jer979 @jowyang Since a brand can't get on person's newsfeed w/o first being friended, is there "spam" in Facebook?
@clintonius32 I have found Twitter's spam detection is getting very good and reporting does seem to help.
Wow, the sexual spamming Twitter accounts are active this afternoon! I'm a spam reporting machine!
