What I'm working on ..pork vindaloo

@NishaKatona I usually do goat or shrimp vindaloo not pork it's been
marinating. In awhile it goes into a clay pot for the long slow cook

Pork vindaloo in the marinade. Stopping in at the Basque for sustenance
