President Obama's most direct involvement to date with immigration-reform negotiations will take place Tuesday when he'll meet with Senator John McCain and a bipartisan group of senators to discuss legislation. During a visit to Mexico, McCain said there are "still a number of agreements" that need to be made, but that he is "guardedly optimistic" about reaching a deal by the end of next month.
