gets billions of $ support from enemies to usurp government
eliminates peoples morals, ethics
puts people in government who have criminal histories, no training or experience for the job

- the nationalization or expropriation of private property [in process, destroying the middle class]
- censorship [extreme, like 'political correct', ...phobic, etc
- Many dictators have held the formal title of "President", [like obama] but wield extraordinary powers.
- Some dictators gain or continue to hold a military post.
